Wellbeing meet ups for you and your little ones with a difference! We joyfully park the nursery rhymes and sensory play - because these events are for YOU!
A different offer each month, but these events will always be accessible, affordable and inclusive. No matter who you are or the age of your child, we want to welcome you into a safe and nourishing space where you can truly refill your cup.
Ashleigh is a pre and post natal yoga, and hypnobirthing teacher. Lauren is a meditation and breathwork instructor, and we both have little ones ourselves. We know just how vital it is to find your village, and to let them look after you while you look after your littles ones.

Tuesday 18th March
10.30am - 12midday
Private upstairs room with epic sea view
Bistrot Pierre, Abbey Crescent, Torbay Rd, Torquay
You will enjoy:
Some gentle movement
Easy mindfulness and breathwork practices
Plenty of time to socialise with others
A hot drink and cake/pastry included
