One of the biggest challenges I have faced as a parent is finding enough time to get everything done, let alone to look after my own mental wellbeing! I have heavily adapted my practice to make it genuinely fit into my new life and this is what I am going to share with you - simple evidence-based techniques, how to fit them into your life in ways which don't require you to conjure up more hours from nowhere (we'd all do it if we could!) and the benefits you will see from doing them.
